Homophobe
I HATE the way most people use the word “homophobe.” It’s used for people that do not find homosexuality appealing or are repulsed by it (which isn’t wrong, because that’s all about hormones and sexual orientation - straight people can’t control it any more than homosexuals!). It’s used for people that disagree with it - even respectfully so. It’s used for anyone who doesn’t support gay rights for ANY reason. It should just be used for people that are truly afraid of or truly hate homosexuals, but it’s not - it’s used for people who dislike homosexuality (notice the difference between the act and the person) and don’t support it. The definition of the word has become sickly twisted. It disgusts me.

I’m not saying that gay people are faking it but I think the boasting of it is silly. You’re gay. Big fucking deal.
Just saying, I'm a lesbian and I think this blog is cool. I mean, none of the secrets already posted are homophobic, there is clearly nothing hateful about this. If there's a Queer Secrets, why not a Straight Secrets? I might not agree with all the things posted on here, but why would I? We're all individuals, of course I'm not gonna agree with everyone. Live and let live, people.

But not really. All these people talk about how they want everyone to be equal but every time something like this shows up, they have a fit.
